Hollywood always makes me roll my eyes. Latest is something Brad Pitt said:

Brad Pitt tells George Clooney to run for President.
Some actors I have respect for in the realm of politics, but Mr. Pitt doesn't strike me as one to take very seriously. And Clooney? Fortunately, he has the wisdom to say it's not a good idea, but Mr. Brainy Pitt then says if Clooney isn't interested, then Ben Afleck should run. Ooooh, even better! A has-been actor living in the bubble of Hollywood thinking they can be benevolant and bless us poor Americans...

I don't imagine you know much about Mr. Ben Afleck, and if you do, I would have to assume you feel that a person who is highly intelligent, impeccable speaking qualities, and a brilliant debater, should not be President.
I am a bit confused though - as I recall, your Royal Highness Ronald Reagan was a "has been" actor, actually, he was head of the whole kit and caboodle Hollywood crowd (Screen actors guild). But then, you're a conservative, and it's okay for you guys to have short memories whenever the hell it's convenient.
That trait must be genetic. |

| Do you think for yourself, or do you simply repeat Bill O-Lie-ly's talking points verbatim? |

RayZ, don't forget Fred Thompson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sonny Bono, Charlton Heston, Shirley Temple Black, and Clint Eastwood. There's probably more, but that's just off the top of my head, and I've only followed politics for a few years.
Someone should really update Conservapedia so Republicans can get this "Politics of Hollywood" thing straight and stop ramming their feet in their mouths. |

| Highly doubtful, but considering it's Hollywood, how much do we really know about the stars? They're highly protective of each other, even when there's bad blood between them. But hey, how much worse can they do? Our government needs a complete overhaul! |

| I wouldn't vote for George because he is a democrat and he openly admits it. He's a great actor, but he wouldn't be a good prez. Just to let you know, Ronald Regan was a conservative too. To me it sounds like you were saying he was a liberal..well he wasn't. He was far right. So don't say that conservatives don't vote for famous ppl. |

What has he done lately? He's in his mid 40s and hasn't had a decent hit in years, let alone a good movie, and riding the Ocean's 11 wave doesn't count. His last film "The Assassination of Jesse James" was a flop, and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" isn't going to do much better. And in Hollywood, you are only as good as your last film.
Yes, I'd put Pitt in the "has-been" category.

| I wouldn't mind actually SEEING George Clooney as much as they show the President. He's easy on the eyes and I think it'd be fun to watch him pull his famous "pranks" on world leaders instead of say Brad Pitt and Matt Damon. OH! And if he had Pitt, Damon and Affleck in his cabinet- we'd have the best looking White House staff EVER. I'd totally vote for Clooney if he ran... but alas, as George himself once said - he's slept with too many women to do that. God Bless America. And God Bless George Clooney. (Heart thumping.) |

| God no. George Clooney is an idiot. He talks smooth, but he's just like Obama. And to the guy who said "reagan was an actor". Well, Reagan was also REAL. George Clooney is a fake, smug, elitist asshole. Stupid liberals. *laughs* |

| Yeah, conservatives seem to have conveniently short memories....especially these tea-baggers who seem to forget that this entire mess was created on Dumbya's watch. He dropped the ball handed to him by Clinton and 9/11 happened. Then it was just one screw up after another for 8 long years. It's hilarious to watch them attempting to pin all this on Obama. Love it. |
